Uppdrag: Koordinera komplexa välfärdstjänster så ingen faller utanför
Varför är det så svårt att koordinera samarbete inom välfärdstjänster över olika sektorer? En person som till exempel behöver både socialvård och rusmedelsvård och har medicinska diagnoser löper risk att falla mellan stolarna. Det nordiska nätverket för komplexa välfärdstjänster höll ett seminarium i Köpenhamn på temat. Nätverket har gjort en kartläggning som sammanfattar nyckelfaktorer som påverkar personer som behöver komplexa välfärdstjänster.
